Payment Options
In addition to cash, we accept the following payment methods.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned checks.
Financing is available in store and online through Synchrony Financial.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time – In stock or pre-hung items within 1-3 business days. Doors that we produce and product ordered in will be shipped upon arrival and or completions. Orders are not shipped on Saturday or Sunday. We utilize a 3rd party shipping company. We are not liable for damages incurred to the product(s) during shipping. We are not responsible for delays due to weather, work schedule changes, and road blockages. For all returns, the purchaser is responsible for all relevant shipping costs. Please inspect shipment upon delivery and before signing the delivery ticket. Mark all damaged items on the BOL and notify Diamond Line.
Returns
There will be no refunds on custom cabinets, sidelights, transoms, or doors that have been customized. All refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All refunds require manager approval. All items considered for refund must be in an undamaged condition

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

Pick Up and Storage
Purchaser is solely responsible for pick up and loading of purchased items. The Ugly Duck employees can help as a courtesy to its customers. All items purchased must be picked up within 7 days of purchase date, unless authorized by management.
