Shipping & Returns Policy
You may return unused, in-stock, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery or pickup for a refund, minus applicable fees:
- Items Shipped to You: A $350 return shipping fee plus the initial shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Items Returned to Store: Only a restocking fee will be deducted.
- Non-Returnable Items: Products that are special order, out-of-stock, or those that have been altered or modified in any way are NOT eligible for returns, replacements, or refunds.
- Condition: Refunds are issued only after the product is received in its original condition and original packaging.
Case-by-Case Determination: Any claims or return requests falling outside of our standard policy will be determined on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of management. Please note that most claims will not be upheld or considered if they are submitted more than 30 days after the date of purchase or delivery.Damage ClaimsWe take great care in packaging your orders, but accidents can happen during transit. To protect your purchase:
- Inspect Upon Receipt: You must inspect all products at the time of delivery.
- Notate Damage: Any visible damage must be notated on the delivery ticket/Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing. We cannot accept claims for damages that were not documented at the time of receipt.
- Photo Requirement: To process any damage claim, clear photos of the damaged product and the packaging must be provided. These photos are required for our records and for filing claims with the freight carrier.
- Route Insurance: If you purchased Route shipping insurance, please file your claim within 7 days.
Warranty Information AAA Distributor/ Ugly Duck Warehouse does not directly warranty the products sold.
- Maker/Vendor Warranties: Warranty claims are set and handled by the specific maker or vendor. These warranties vary significantly by product and manufacturer.
- Contact: Please refer to the documentation included with your product or contact the manufacturer directly to initiate a warranty claim.
Shipping Policy
- Service Area: We currently ship to the continental U.S. only.
- Estimates: Shipping and delivery estimates are provided at checkout based on availability.
- Curbside Delivery: All deliveries are curbside drop-off only to the nearest paved curb. No inside delivery is available.
- Large Items: Orders involving large items (such as 6'0" x 8'0"
- doors) may arrive disassembled and require 2-3 people to unload.
Store Pickup & Hold Policy
- Pickups: Please call ahead before arriving. Some products require up to one hour to pull and prepare for loading.
- Holds: We will hold in-store or pickup orders for up to 30 days. Items not picked up within this window may be subject to cancellation or storage fees. Online orders requiring shipping cannot be held.
